Q: Is my personal information safe and secure?

Sitris uses 128 Bit encryption algorithm to encrypt your personal information and phrases these are then stored on our database, Sitris has no access to those phrases they are only visible to you when you login and use the Sitris interface. The Sitris servers are in a secure data center where there is restricted access, both physical and remote data access. Best practices are used to provide firewall protection and to secure the servers from unauthorized access.

Q: How is my text transmitted over the Internet?

Any text transmitted to the Sitris servers from your desktop through the user interface is securely encrypted before it leaves your browser.

Q: Are my credit card details safe?

Sitris does not retain or store any credit card details; these are stored securely by a PCI certified registered payment processor, Realex Payments.
