Entering the Phone Numbers

When using the service, Sitris makes two telephone calls, first to the phone beside you so you can hear the caller’s responses, then to the person you want to call, These can be fixed line or cell phone.

Speech Impairment

To make a call you enter the number you want to call in the 1st box and the number you want to receive the call on (your telephone number) in the 2nd box below the first number.

You can re-use recently used numbers by clicking on the drop down tab.

Include the full number including area code, even for local calls

Launching the call

 

Once you are happy with the numbers you have entered and you have the phrases tabs you will need for the conversation, Click on the Disability Aid button. Sitris will then set up the call.

 

You will hear some audio indicating your progress, once the call is established, you are ready to start talking.

Generating tones

If you need to enter a selection, such as when using an automated service, enter the digits on your telephone keypad.
